As a recruiter, you will provide the following tasks:

  • Present all work-at-home programs to potential agents and match the best fits.

  • Continuous networking and marketing to individuals or groups of people.

  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.

  • Promoting the Essurge reputation and attractiveness as a good servicing opportunity.

  • Managing internship programs and other team building aspects.

Qualification Requirements:

  • The ability to conduct different types of interviews.

  • ​Experience with recruitment processes and databases.

  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Good interpersonal and decision making skills.​

Additional Information:

  • Recruiters are paid via commission and will earn residual revenue through the duration of each recruited servicing agent's tenure assigned from thier efforts.
