As a recruiter, you will provide the following tasks:
Present all work-at-home programs to potential agents and match the best fits.
Continuous networking and marketing to individuals or groups of people.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Promoting the Essurge reputation and attractiveness as a good servicing opportunity.
Managing internship programs and other team building aspects.
Qualification Requirements:
The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal and decision making skills.

Recruiters are paid via commission and will earn residual revenue through the duration of each recruited servicing agent's tenure assigned from thier efforts.
